Bought tires elsewhere and they suggested an alignment be done. During our next regular service we told the Service dept. what to look at, they gave us a detailed report and advised us no work was needed and at no additional charge beyond regular service. They could have stuck it to us but didn't.

It was a wonderful experience. Our salesperson Keith Lynam was very helpful and kind. He was very patient with us as well why we worked it all out. The vehicle (2007 Buick lucerne) itself was gorgeous and we love it so much. It's been handy and had no issues with it after purchasing it. The team themselves were kind and even gave us a tour and gave us some ideas for where to go if the car needed to be fixed up. Greatest auto experience I have had!
